Her failure to disclose a significant issue found by the buyers inspector cost us valuable time and money that could have been saved if she had acted transparently and responsibly. Selling a home is a process that requires trust and transparency between all parties involved. We placed our trust in Savannah to facilitate a smooth transaction, but her actions have left us deeply disappointed and frustrated. When the buyers inspector discovered a leak in the primary bathroom shower pan, we expected Savannah to communicate this critical information to us. Such issues are not uncommon in real estate transactions, and we were fully prepared to address and resolve the problem to ensure a successful sale. However, instead of acting responsibly and ethically, Savannah chose to keep this information hidden from us. She essentially ghosted us when we inquired about the issues they found during the inspection. If she had been honest and responded to us when we inquired, we could have taken prompt action to fix the issue, ensuring that our home was in the best possible condition for potential buyers. By failing to disclose this issue, Savannah not only jeopardized the success of the sale of our home but also displayed a complete disregard for the principles of honesty and transparency that should guide real estate professionals. Her actions have caused us unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and financial burden. Overall, our experience with Savannah has been marked by her failure to disclose critical information that could have allowed us to resolve the issue promptly. We hope that future sellers and buyers carefully consider their choice of realtor, prioritizing those who demonstrate a commitment to ethical conduct and transparent communication. Savannah has shown a lack of integrity in this transaction, and we would never recommend her services to anyone seeking a trustworthy and responsible realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Savannah has been a lifesaver for me during not one but two stressful life events that involved selling houses and she was a total rockstar during both situations! She made it super easy and basically did all the work for me just short of packing up my stuff! :) She also was willing to travel pretty far out where the homes were located. The photographers she uses take beautiful photos and really highlighted the best parts of the house. She was also able to line up a cleaner and a landscaper for me last minute that helped me out so much. I had so much trouble finding reliable people in my budget that did a good job and Savannah was able to lock it down for me and get people there. There?s no way I would?ve been able to do this all myself. And I have had negative experiences with other realtors I?ve used before through buying where I had to do a lot of the work myself and communication was terrible. Savannahs always very responsive and keeps me up to date with the process. Plus going through a lot personally for her to help take the stress off me with selling the houses was just amazing. Any of my future home needs I will always look to Savannah first!

ZillowVERIFIED Savannah has been our agent for buying one house and selling two. I can?t recommend her enough. She?s great at breaking things down, explaining your options, giving you confidence during all the stress of moving. I loved the pictures that went online for both of the houses we sold. Savannah is easy to get a hold of, and does a great job of answering questions, and connecting you to other resources. Savannah and her family have lived in the Olympia area for most of her life, and she?s great at giving suggestions based on commute, local amenities, recreation, etc. The more recent home sale was during COVID when open houses were not allowed, but we still had a lot of showings and an offer within days. Savannah is awesome with turning things around quickly for photos, to listing, to showings, to accepted offer!

We made a trip up here and she spent the day taking us to various houses/neighborhoods to get a better feel of the area. We ultimately bought a house that we toured via video chat. ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, I expected a lot of back and forth hurdles from the builder an the lender. Savannah is the much needed bridge that provides an almost seamless flow of constant information back and forth. She is also professional with a warm and personal touch. Dont get me wrong, this process was not seamless and there were times that it did get bumpy. But when you think about it, wouldnt you rather go down an unknown path with a guide that knows what they are doing? And when it does get dark and gloomy in the middle, wouldnt you want somebody with the right demeanor with you on this journey to home ownership? Yup. Savannahs the ticket in Olympia.

ZillowVERIFIED I had such a great experience as a first time home buyer with Savannah (June-August 2016). I felt like she truly had my interests at heart the whole time, and that she was a genuine partner through the process. I felt strongly about certain things, and she always gave great advice without trying to persuade or dissuade me in any direction. She also has a financial background which came in handy a lot. Viewing/choosing: Savannah was flexible, worked with my schedule, and took me to see everything I wanted to, regardless of location or price. I felt comfortable and she had great advice about what to look for when we were visiting houses, as well as breaking down the home-loan process in a way I could understand. Putting in the offer: Savannah was great at explaining the process. We decided to lowball, and she was very helpful in negotiating this through, and even getting the offer accepted before I had my pre-qualification letter - masterful! Inspection: Savannah supported me in asking for a lot to be fixed, and we got pretty much all of it! I dont know what happened in the background, but again it felt like she had superior negotiation skills in getting everything I wanted. Closing: We closed a few days late, but it was the banks fault and not Savannahs. She negotiated for me to get keys early because I already had movers scheduled. Phew. In conclusion: house-buying is detailed and stressful, but I felt comfortable and supported with Savannah. She handled the process very well, was incredibly knowledgeable, and always went to bat for what I wanted, even if it wasnt typical. I know the market has gotten hotter in Olympia since I bought, and I would still recommend Savannah without a doubt and will definitely use her again.
