I researched many real estate agents in my area before meeting with Brad Kappel. He had multiple active and recently sold listings at the time. His name stood out because it seemed to be everywhere in the market. I was a bit concerned initially due to our home value being somewhat less than his other listings. My husband and I met with Brad and were impressed with his knowledge and demeanor. We hired him. He and Mistie Schleeper, his associate, were able to help us quickly get the finishing touches completed and on the market in record time. The communication with Brad and Mistie was excellent. He put as much time and effort into our listing as he did his higher priced ones. Brad gave us great advice and had insights, that only solid experience can give, when we were negotiating with potential buyers. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience and will definitely use him again.

Brad is THE guy if you're looking to buy or sell waterfront property in Annapolis. He knows the market, he knows the service providers, and he knows how to close a transaction. Our transaction presented some unique challenges that required Brad go above and beyond the normal duties of a buyer's agent, and he made it happen. This can be a challenging market for buyers given the lack of supply and high demand, so you definitely want to equip yourself with his experience and knowledge. Otherwise, he might represent the buyer you're competing against! Finally, he's a great guy and fun to deal with. Highly recommend.
