I have probably talked to him more times since we closed 6 weeks ago than during the whole closing process. Thats how much of a great resource he is! He is very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Hes flexible with your schedule for viewings and tries to get you in as quickly as possible. He also quickly relays any questions or concerns to a sellers realtor and provides sound advice. We chose him based off reviews here on Zillow and because we were initially interested in the Pasadena/Severna Park/Arnold area. However, we not only saw houses in these areas, but we also went to Ellicott City and Bel Air, and Mark didnt miss a beat. Please work with him, youll be doing yourself a favor!

ZillowVERIFIEDI found a gorgeous waterfront home that I had to have. One big problem is that I had to sell my house before I would have the funds to make an offer on the home. I contacted Mark and a month and a half later my home was sold and I was in the process of closing on my new waterfront property. I can't say enough about how many resources Mark had access to. Anytime an issue arose he had the person to fix it and fix it fast. If you have ever sold or purchased a home you know how small details can really drag out the process. Go with Mark if you want a headache free process.
