Although we interviewed many qualified agents, Catherine won us over because of her experience and track record (she had previously sold a home on our street for above asking price), knowledge of the market, and professionalism. One consistent outcome Catherine has had, has been her ability to get homes under contract within a few days or weeks of the listing going live. This is not only a testament to her understanding of the market, but demonstrates her ability to price homes correctly. We accepted a full price offer from a buyer she had properly vetted, less than a week after our house was listed for sale, and also secured a backup offer. When the inspection report came back, Catherine's advice was invaluable in helping us negotiate with the buyer. Overall, Catherine communicated very well throughout the process and we closed on time without any issues. Catherine handled the transaction both times I have sold a house and she has only gotten better over time. I have not hired her to purchase a home because the first time I purchased new construction and this time I have decided to downsize to an apartment for a time before I buy again (if I do at all). With this sale we had a difficult buyer as well as a difficult situation with the buyer's agent but Catherine was persistent throughout the process and kept everything on track.
