Review I almost never give a five star review, but Dave Luptak, Kevin Rock and their team were superb. Their advice on how to price our condo, how to stage it, how to respond to the buyers questions and requests, and how to handle the final closing were keys to getting a quick sale at a reasonable price. Every one of them was unusually responsive to our questions--we felt that we could ask anything and get a quick response that was well grounded in experience while also taking into account our unique situation. Our small condo did not sell for much--Dave Luptaks team did not make much on the sale of our property, but we felt we got the same high quality service and sage advice that a million dollar property would receive. We are completely satisfied with the work of this team.

Review Dave was great to work with. He worked with Kevin Rock, a buyers agent and together, they were a solid team. They pointed out key things that needed to be done to make the property attractive to buyers. They demonstrated they knew the market and heres why: We sold a multi-level condo, with A LOT of stairs. Many of the previous showings with a prior realtor provided feedback on the high number of stairs. Dave and Kevin predicted that the condo would be a first-time homebuyer, just starting out place for a younger audience. We ended up selling to a kid in his young 20s, his first place, and who didnt blink at the stairs. They were right on. Dave only slipped once on an inspection report, not catching something but quickly addressed the concern and there was no stress or cause for further concern. Easy going and a good sense of humor.

Review I have known Dave for three years now. When I was looking to buy my first house I had contacted Dave because he had the best reviews by far on all websites. He spent almost the whole next year working with me within my strict budget to find the house of my dreams. Once we found the house Dave made it all come together seamlessly. When it came time to selling my house to move to a different state I knew it would have to be with Dave. They staged the house perfectly and we had an offer within a month. They kept me updated throughout the process and helped negotiate the offer. At the same time I was buying a house in Connecticut (unfortunately Dave doesnt work in Connecticut). The difference between a great agent and a good agent becomes very apparent when working with two at the same time. I would find myself frequently asking questions to Dave instead of my agent in Connecticut as he was more responsive and far more knowledgeable. Trust me when I say a great agent makes a world of difference and saves a lot of headaches and stress. His knowledge of the area and the home buying process is unmatched. Working with Dave and his teammates Pam and Kevin is truly a pleasure. It it is a privilege to know Dave. I can always count on Dave being there for me.
