At the initial meeting they informed me exactly what needed to be done to my property to sell it, what it reasonably might go for in the current market, and how they would help me achieve that goal. After I chose a contractor from among their vetted choices to do the needed improvements, Patrick was my representative in dealing with him during the entire renovation process dealing with all problems and arrangements. Even more amazingly, the cost of the work and new appliances was deferred until after the sale and taken directly out of the proceeds. After the renovations were completed, my condo had an open house over a weekend and by Monday I had received 9 bids.
