We initially had some conversations with him but weren't 100% sure on whether we were going to pull the trigger on buying/selling at that particular time. Pat was courteous throughout and made us feel heard and attended to. We didn't feel like we were 'less important' because we weren't actively booking visits or getting our house staged for showings just yet. Even at this early stage in the process we appreciated his experience and advice on what we should be thinking about and helped us formulate a plan to move ahead. We got pictures done in the summer and then held off as we were welcoming our second child, after she was born we got back in touch with Pat and were ready to make a move. Throughout this whole process he was communicative, responsive, and proactive via text/call/e-mail and demonstrated excellent customer service even when we mostly 'went dark' for a few months while getting used to the new normal. Not only does he stay on top of everything as a buyer, he was also able to stay on top of selling my previous house at the same time. Other than doing the normal homeowner duties as a buyer/seller, Pat took care of everything else that we needed and in a timely manner and was always very responsive when we had questions. But the two best parts about working with him, is that he negotiated our new home for WELL under the asking price and sold my old home for $15k over asking, in a very unpredictable market. Out of the five agents we interviewed, Patrick was by far the most thorough.
