After he sold my single family home 20 years ago for top dollar, I called him when I was selling my town home and retiring down south. I emptied the house, handed him the keys, and left town. He made great upgrade/repair decisions, contracted reliable support, and oversaw any work himself. He sold the house and settlement (from non-contingent buyer) was held ~35 days of my departure from MD. I continue to recommend John to my many Annapolis family/friends.

We were the hardest buyers to work with - we shopped for more than 3 years for our forever home and looked at least 50 houses. My problem was I lived in California and the property was in Annapolis, Maryland . It was not possible for me to travel back and forth, so we did everything by phone, text, emails etc. I have never sold property before and John took the time to explain every thing to me. His vast experience and local knowledge made the buying process a pleasant one and resulted in a very successful real estate experience. He was readily available to visit the selected property for discussions regarding the condition of the home, neighborhood data and even comments on remodeling ideas. When we hit a snag in the contract, he addressed it masterfully while putting us at ease. He also helped in researching expensive title insurance options and pursued getting the condo docs in a timely manner. John was extremely knowledgeable when I wanted to sell my home; offering advice on what improvements needed to be done and advice on a good, marketable listing price. My house sold in ONE DAY. When I purchased my new home, which happened to be a short sale, Susan became my new best friend. She told me that the process might take a while, and she kept me well informed.
