How much should I pay for a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom mobile home?
I am considering buying a 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom mobile home built in 2001 at Conway Acres in Auburn, Alabama. I am not sure how much I should pay for this property. Would you please give some advice? Thank you.
