Docs look clean but idk what I'm looking for. Under contract on a 2/2 in a mid-rise in Delray Beach. Seller sent over "the condo docs" which is like... two PDFs. My agent says it looks fine. But I've been reading horror stories about $50k–$100k assessments hitting owners out of nowhere. Is this actually common now or are people just doom-posting? What should I even be checking?

We just bought a house. Our neighbor behind us pulled up all the property stakes that had been marked during the land survey. Now we don't know where our property ends and this neighbor is claiming that the stakes were wrong and this land is his. We've been in our house for 2 days. We really don't want to fight with the neighbor, but we also want to know what's our land. What should we do?
