Problem with neighbors preventing sale of lot?

I have an unimproved lot that was for sale. Had an offer, but the day before closing the neighbors got into an altercation with the buyer and the buyer withdrew his contract. My agent said I have to disclose this and it is preventing any potential buyers. Is there a timeframe on disclosing problems with neighbors? I really need to sale this lot.

I got 5 acres w 2 houses, can I split the lot/houses in FL?

I bought a home on 5 acres, and later built a better house on the lot. Now I am selling but no one wants to buy land with 2 houses - price too high! So I am thinking that dividing the lot in half so each house can be sold seperately. But I do not know how to do that! Advice?

What happens to your home when you die?

Wondering both for myself and aging parent. I am hesitant to ask my parent about it or they'll think I'm wishing this on them. But I'm also wondering what will happen? Or is there something we should talk about to prepare? I know it's a tough topic, but it's also a reality.

What constitutes a legal bedroom in MA?

Can a room be considered a "bedroom" if it's a throughway to another bedroom? (Example, bedroom "A" has 1 door and windows. However that rooms only door exits into a "secondary" bedroom/ Bedroom B. So Bedroom B has 2 doors, one to enter Bedroom A & one door to get into a mudroom, then living room and kitchen. ) Picture the floor plan as a squared U almost lol. It works, but not well at times lol. Thanks you and Happy Holidays everyone

How do you get rid of a musty smell in the house?

We have a 1938 two-story colonial cream city brick home. We bought the house over 35 years ago, but we cannot get rid of this “musty” pungent smell. It has permeated on our clothes and belongings and we take it with us everywhere we go. What can we do? We have tried several things over the years: pulling up carpeting, reinsulating the walls, checking plumbing, using air filters, etc. Nothing seems to work. What else can we do???
