We've been a month on the market?
Our home has been on the market for a month, in good condition and updated. We haven't had a single contract and only a few showings. We live in the country - we're disapppointed in our realtor and we're wondering if we should look for someone new. Our home wasn't showing up on zillow for our area and once we told our agent our concerns he looked into it and it was put in the wrong area on the mls. He has a full time job outside of being an agent. We aren't sure this is a priority. One open house. We've received no feedback from anyone on what we can do better and we have to get out from under this house. Thoughts?

I'm looking to sell but feel like it's more of a buyers market right now. Angry i didn't try a few years ago. I want to get a good price otherwise i'll stay for a few more years. what are you seeing? are homes selling in Houston? Any agents from TX?

Brick or siding for my home exterior?

When should I start freaking out that my house isn't selling?
I know the market has slowed down since Covid times...mortgage rates, affordability... I get it. My house has been on the market for over a month and I haven't gotten any offers. I already put an offer on another house and I'm starting to freak out that my house hasn't sold. Help! What do I do? Stay calm or freak out and do something drastic to get my house sold?

My roof needs replaced do i have to tell the buyer?
My roof is probably like 22 years old and looks fine but i think that it is leaking in the back part of the garage. you can't see anything and i only know because i'm in there all the time and sometimes it rains hard. i don't want to hurt my sale. do i have to tell the new buyer about it? its only in the garage.
