They're talking about putting a data center somewhat near me. I'm planning to sell my home in a few years, but I'm wondering if the data center will bring my home value down and I should sell now. Please advise.

My parents' care costs are piling up and we need to sell their house to cover it, like, now. I don't have time to mess around with a slow process — what are the actual steps to get this done properly and fast, and what usually trips people up and slows it down?

As I prepare to list my home, I am trying to determine which qualifications or practices most reliably indicate that an agent will produce an accurate valuation, rather than an inflated estimate intended simply to win my listing. What specific credentials, methodologies, or track records should I be asking about when interviewing agents?

im under contract on a dscr purchase and the appraiser used comps from a totally different neighborhood than mine and came in high so now the seller wont budge on the price i have five comps i think are way more accurate for my actual property and i want to request an rov to get the value lowered instead of raised is that something a lender would actually go along with or is it basically a waste of time to even try
So there's this duplex I really want, the guy selling it needs to get rid of it fast but he won't do any kind of seller financing. I don't have enough saved up for the down payment a DSCR loan would need either. Is there some other loan or program out there that could still work for a deal like this, or am I just out of luck until I save up more?
I still own a rental property in another state that I bought years ago, and between rising HOA dues and insurance costs it's gotten harder to justify managing it from far away. The unit needs some updating before it would show well, and I'm torn between listing it properly with a local agent or trying to sell it off-market to save time. For someone who can't be there in person, which route actually makes more sense?
