I signed a buyers agreement because I wanted to see a house. Can I only work with that agent to buy a house now? Can I see houses without an agent?
Does the buyer’s agent have to disclose if they know the listing agent as their ex in-laws? The husband in the team that represented us was the listing agent’s ex brother in law. Conflict of interests? Enough to void the contract?
I didn't meet my real estate agent in person initially, we only talked on the phone. I liked his responses and approach, so I chose to work with him to buy a home. It's been a few weeks of touring homes together, and his poor hygiene is really getting to me and grossing me out. It's to a point where I don't even want to view homes with him. At first I thought it was a blip, but it's pretty much constant. The worst part is his terrible breath, and he loves to talk about all the details of the house. Meanwhile, I'm trying not to puke. He has a lot of experience and I like his thoughtfulness and work ethic. But I just don't know if I can handle the smells and habits. What do I do???

We live in Tucson and want to relocate to the Huntley, IL (or surrounding) area next spring. We want to purchase a home sight unseen and move to arrive after closing on it, and are looking for a relocation specialist who can help us navigate this process.

We signed a buyer's agreement to look at homes in our desired area. We thought we were going to work with a specific agent, but then another agent was assigned to us. That agent is not a good fit and we want to cancel the buyer's agreement immediately and work with a new company. How do we cancel a buyer's agreement quickly? We are on a tight timeline and don't have time to let the agreement run out. There's also no way we want to continue with the current agency.
I want to buy a home in Florida. Do I have to pay sales tax on the purchase of said home?
We've always enjoyed looking at houses. We browse model homes and open houses to get ideas for our own house and to know what's selling around us. There's a lot of lovely homes near us and we enjoy seeing them. We're not obnoxious about anything and don't lie about our intentions. But sometimes we feel bad or feel like the agent is upset that we're in the home. While I understand their disappointment that we're not going buy the house, we also don't take away any time or energy from them. The house is open and the agent has to be there anyway, so why do some agents seem upset by us viewing the home? Is browsing at an open house an unspoken no-no?

Does the buyer get the earnest money back yes or no? or is the earnest money for good faith? Where does the earnest money go? Does it go to the closing cost for my understanding my realtors that I would get the money back after closing?
