I will always provide top quality service and a total commitment to the client's goals in the selling and buying of real estate. I'm committed to being honest and forthright in advising clients to the pricing and marketability of their property. I believe in being honest and truthful, even if it means not being able to facilitate a sale or purchase. I maintain a positive attitude and always strive to meet all my client's goals.

I realize my creativity, and the way I run my business is far advanced from that of my competition. I must do things that the average realtor will not do in order to help my client. I use my time to the fullest potential, always remembering that my clients pay me to work diligently to get their home sold or find them a new one.

I strive for excellence through commitment, education, product knowledge and my willingness to share with others so I can better serve my clients. I truly believe my services are superior in this business and I'm committed to proving that day after day so every one of my clients can, and will, repeat that to their friends and relatives. I retired in August 2007 with 20 years of service from the United States Navy, (10 years Active and 10 years Reserves). I have established working relationships with vendors to provide home improvements and repairs, inspections and cleaning services.
