ZillowVERIFIED Were so glad we used Sarah to help us find a house! I seriously don't think it would have gone through without her. Even though we live a half an hour away from her, she was so responsive that it felt like she lived right next door. As soon as the house we wanted went on the market, she made sure we had on offer in the same day. When there was a lot of work to be done on the house, she went the extra mile to make sure we got a good deal with the seller. When the mortgage broken and lender were stuck in an internal blame circle, she got things rolling again. On top of that, she was a pleasure to work with, always kind and helpful to us, and perfectly feisty when necessary!

Ive worked with great realtors for 7 properties, and have known many othersaEUR|and I speak from this experience to say that Sarah is the one I would not recommend, and would advise to avoid. Sarah had many excuses as to why my home wouldnt sell, but fortunately I found a great realtor immediately afterwards whos marketing etc had more positive showings in the first 2 weeks than with Sarah in 4 months. He was able to get a great sale price for my property as well. I had a brand new home in Beachwalk- maybe Sarah could have not left- or at least alerted me that all the toilets had feces in them for showings, locked the ground floor windows, turned the interior lights off before leaving and checked that the windows were closed so dead bugs and bugs were not all over the place including dead ones on the walls, not had the ground floor temperature set for 15 degrees cooler than the top floor, not left crumbs all over the kitchen and in the fridge-the appliances were all brand new, not lie to me that interior finish work had been done when it hadnt, and the list goes on. I have many photos of the condition it was shown in, and I was appalled that Sarah thought it would be ok to show like that- maybe she didnt care because someone else was at the showings. If you want someone to just list your home without any effort and give you lip service then call Sarah

The three service members had already closed and moved into their new home in Jacksonville Florida. They all had nothing but positive experiences to share with me. I decided to ask Mrs. Schwartz to help me with buying a house in Jacksonville Florida. Sarah was amazing from our first interaction! She educated me in the entire process of buying a home and using a VA loan. At the time I lived in Pensacola Florida. In this crazy market, I was able to find several homes that I was interested in. I made a list of the potential homes and sent them to Sarah. Sarah set up an entire day for my family and I to visit the houses for sale and assisted with making a final decision. She was with us every step of the way! Because I was in another part of the state, we had to complete paperwork and inspections remotely. Sarah made sure that everything from the loan officer to the traveling notary for final closing documents, was handled professionally. But I excepted a job down in Titusville about 2 hours away from where Sarah is located. We saw a house on realtor and knew about the upcoming open house and asked Sarah if she would go down to check it out. She FaceTimed us and walked through the house and neighborhood. She was able to deal with the builder and helped us get our dream home. We closed on our house while waiting to leave Hawaii. She secured a lockbox with our house keys in it for our new home. It was awesome flying into Orlando and being able to go right into our new home. Sarah was amazing helping us get through the process. She always took the time to answer our questions. Even with the 6 hours time difference. We would recommend her to any of our friends or family!

For example, when we looked at one house, I couldn't tell if a king size bed would fit in the master. Sarah literally laid down on the floor, IN A DRESS, to give us an idea of whether the bed would fit or not. She was super helpful, gave us her opinions but wasn't overbearing, and was just plain fun to work with. HIRE HER! You won't regret it!!!
