ZillowVERIFIED I could not believe it! I was amazed to know that there were already prospective buyers on my house lined up to view the property before Mr. Gabriel advertised the house. I was so IMPRESSED! What was even more impressive was the fact that his negotiation skills were excellent. Mr. Gabriel was able to negotiate the asking price a bit higher on a cash offer. Over a year ago, Mr. Gabriel helped us in purchasing our second home. It was through this first deal with him that we found him very easy to deal with, knowledgeable, superb negotiation skills, and a no-nonsense guy. He was always ready to help us at any moment notice. He updated us on a regular basis regarding with the on goings of our property deal. Due to the positive experience dealing with him in the past, my late husband advised me to contact him to help me sell our other house because he trusted him 100%. As a result, in March of this year, I contacted Mr. Gabriel to help sell our first home. Boy, was I lucky! He did it again, providing his best to one of his returned clients aEUR" me! Big mistake. I made every tragic mistake you can think off as a first time home buyer and that individual did not make things any better or easier. Needless to say, we parted ways with that particular realtor as soon as we could. I found out about Joey, through a family member's recomendation and within (literally) three minutes of sending him an email, we received a call from him and thats how it has been ever since. Regardless of the time of day, he has kept us up to date on all aspects of the home buying process and any time we had a question we received a response within minutes-and without fail.
