Jessica helped me secure my first investment property seamlessly. She was on top of everything. We competed with about 8 other offers and Jessica knew what would make our offer stand out amongst the rest while not grossly over bidding. Once in escrow, Jessica was on top of every repair. She combed that inspection report and went so far to climb under the house to confirm necessary repairs had been made. I think everything she said in her self introduction is very genuine and true. She is trustworthy and reliable. She provides high quality work. I also appreciate that she is very kind, considerate, and polite. I have to mention that I have very, very high standards on pretty much everything, and I admire high quality work. I didnt randomly run into Jessica and randomly pick her as my agent. I interviewed her extensively, because I know how difficult this market is for buyers. I would like to give Jessica the full marks, 100 out of 100, or even 120 out of 100 - if extra credit is allowed, because she made extra efforts to accommodate my inquiries and anything else I needed during this home buying process. It took me a while to figure out what kind of house I would want to buy, and Jessica has been very patient and carefully answered my numerous questions in great details, to help me better oriented. I could see that she genuinely wanted me to have a house which I would love and enjoy, even if it would take her more time and effort. Jessica communicates very effectively and efficiently. She always kept me updated on important things. If she promised me that she would follow up on something and update me by what time, I can fully trust her words - I think this is a very rare quality. She always stays on top of things and finishes paperwork promptly and accurately. I think of myself as a detailed oriented and highly responsible person, and I can see Jessica is too, thats why I can fully trust the quality of her work. Even the home inspector she arranged on my behalf was excellent, and provided a very thorough inspection report. Although most websites warn you against using buyer agents inspectors, I did not even think about finding an inspector on my own, because I know I can fully trust Jessica. I feel incredibly lucky that Jessica was my agent. In the future if I plan to buy or sell a house, I hope to use Jessica as my agent again :-)

When my first VA mortgage company thought we were going to fall through on the house, Jessica promptly reached out to her VA rep and started working every angle to ensure I would get into my dream home. After months of communication between multiple different parties, I FINALLY got into my home. Jessica was very professional and empathetic to my stress and exceeded my expectations. I feel like any other Realtor would have been frustrated with the situation and put me on the back burner. Jessica did not.
