ZillowVERIFIED I had been speaking to Jena about listing my house for almost 2 years always reluctant on what I should do, I finally made the decision in April of 2022 to go for it! She had a photographer at my home within the week (the photos were nothing short of amazing) and we went live a week later. We hit the MLS on a Friday, had 2 showings on that Saturday and the second family fell in love that day and promised to send the contract that Monday. They offered $7,000 over asking and were extremely eager to set a move in date. We went to closing exactly 3 weeks after the offer was accepted. It was smooth and seamless and everything went according to plan. Jena offered to even help me pack, knowing I was doing it all by myself. She definitely goes above and beyond for her clients and doesnt just treat you like a client but like family.

Jena was always calm, informative and responded to us right away (Literally, with in minutes). There was never a house that took longer than that afternoon for us to view. Most of the time, Jena met with us within the first few hours we requested to view a house. In this market, it is SO important to have a realtor that is consistent, loyal and honest. Jena and Mike are that and so much more! We had a strict price range to stick with. Jena never once pushed us to go higher that our budget. Even though we were purchasing a house for 170k, she treated us like we were purchasing a 500k house. She knew how important this was for us, so it was just as important to her. When we found our house, she was so quick with everything, negotiated hard core for us, and became my rock through the closing & inspections process (which definitely is an emotional rollercoaster!). I remember calling her on a Saturday afternoon asking if we could go inside to measure. Within 1 hour, she was at the house with us, measuring the living room and helping us visualize our new home. After dealing with and firing 5 different/indifferent realtors I found Jena and was very impressed. The others added me to their online email list and ignored me otherwise. Jena was proactive in my search for a property. She was always available by phone and when I wanted to see a property she was able to schedule the showing for the same day or next day. In this market that made a huge difference in being first to put in an offer. She put offers in within an hour and kept in close touch with the other agents for progress reports. She researched each property and was already working on answers before I had even thought to ask a question. Due to her long time in this business she has an excellent network of people to consult for opinions for anything from legal issues to renovation estimates. She is very professional and ethical in her dealings with buyers, sellers and other agents. I am looking to purchase another property and am already working again with her. 5 out 5 stars!!! I purchased my first home this year with Jena Perez. I was nervous about the process but she was able to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. Jena has an Outstanding work ethic about her self, and she really values your time. I advised her I was very interested in a property and the next day she schedule me for a showing. Jena checked the market to make sure I was getting the best deal and what the going rate was on the market. I'm usually busy during the day, so we had to have majority of our conversations via text and email, Jena was always reachable and responded back at a quick pace. She explained the importance of getting an inspection for the property, which I wasn't thinking about. I'm so grateful she did. I found out I needed all new appliances and was able to prepare for that expense. The Bank I going through was unable to finance me because of the type of loan I needed. Jena was able to provide me with a list of different companies that would be able to finance the kind of loan I needed. Jena made sure that we were always ahead of our dead lines (never putting my binder fee in danger), and had all the paper work documents were singed correctly and sent off. She was met me at My job, Starbucks, even the gym to go over the loan and address any questions or concerns. Very flexible, and understanding. After working with three other realtors I was very impressed with Jena and her ability to get the job done. Very professional !!! I already recommended her to three of my friends.

It all started probably 6 months ago. My husband and I were in San Diego and found our he was going to be stationed in Jacksonville, FL. At this point we started looking and Jena and I started chatting. Daily I was sent houses that fit our criteria and was able to look while still in CA.
