ZillowVERIFIEDIts quite unique and difficult to sell a 147 year old home but Lisa located a potential buyer and helped negotiate our SALE which closed Aug. 7th 2019.Lisas assistant--Lisa sandman-- was particularly helpful with prompt reviews of current status and recommended responses as our negotiations progressed. At closing, all parties seemed happy with the agreements and the closing details were professionally managed. I believe the RE commissions paid were fair and well earned by my agent(s).
