She was the agent that was set up with us to view the home we ended up buying. Carol and Steve are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Carol was very professional and thorough. She happened to be out of town for one week while we were in contract and her husband Steve stepped right up to make sure nothing fell through the cracks.
