ZillowVERIFIED Kohl was awesome and made the buying experience very easy. We bought a house 2 hours away from where we currently live, and he couldn't have made the process any less stressful. He set up walk throughs when we'd be in town, or do things like come show us a house the day after he returned from vacation on a Saturday. (we told him not to worry about it, but he insisted.) Kohl also listed and sold our house, driving 2+ hours multiple times to do photos, show our home at an open house, or just to drop some things off. Kohl was excellent to work with and would 10/10 recommend him to anyone looking to buy / list a home in Ohio.

ZillowVERIFIED I am not sure how to start this to not sound like I am making it up. Kohl is by far top dog when it comes to a Real Estate Professional. I have bought three houses in my life time and he by far exceeded my expectation! I was a nervous seller and buyer at the same time and knew things needed to be timed just right. Kohl assured me he would make sure I was taken care of, as well as my wants/needs. I knew selling my house would not be an issue in the market today but finding one quick enough would be the struggle. Kohl held up to everything he told me and made sure I found the house of my dreams before listing mine, he was a pro at knowing just when to list mine and was a fighter for me with getting the most out of my house I was selling as well as the most out for my money on the one I was purchasing. He knew just what to do on both sides of the fence (selling/buying) I will forever keep his name in my contacts if the day comes for me to sell/buy again, I will also be pushing his name to family/friends.
