ZillowVERIFIED This was our familys 4th transaction with Shannon. My brother referred her to us ten years ago when we were aEURoeupside downaEUR? on our old house and relocating out of state. Shannon was straightforward about our options and the market conditions at the time, and we elected to rent it out until the market improved. Shannon stayed in touch with us and was ready to go to work when our tenant moved out. Shannon created a strategy that got the house multiple offers, and she helped us select the right buyer. She coordinated with the title company and helped us through a tricky closing. I cannot believe how easy it was. Id recommend her to everyone! Thanks Shannon!

ZillowVERIFIED We have not purchased a home in 20 years and things have changed so much. Shannon provided so much information about the current market. Ours was a new build and the process was complex, but she did an excellent job in advising us along the way. Highly recommend Shannon.

ZillowVERIFIED Shannon is simply the best at what she does! We have worked with her in a buyers and a sellers market. In a buyers market she showed us countless properties, provided a ton of information about each house, neighborhood and changes to the area. We have also worked with her in a sellers market where she made sure we were prepared to move quickly as soon as properties were listed. Shannon does not just help you buy or sell a property. She helps make dreams come true!

ZillowVERIFIED I interviewed two realtors before I chose Shannon and I'm so thankful I chose her! She was amazing from beginning to end in making sure the house showed well, photographed well and was excellent with communication! We had 7 offers in 24 hours, were in contract quickly and then she was able to negotiate and get the most for me while being honest and having to teach the buyers new realtor through the inspection process. If youre looking for a realtor that is smart, punctual, friendly, and going to work for you, she is the BEST!

ZillowVERIFIED Shannon has incredible insight into the market and what strategies work to get your bid selected. We were in a multiple bid situation both when selling our house and when purchasing one. Shannon helped us compare many factors when selling to get not only a great price but also considered several other factors as well. When we purchased there were also multiple bids and our offer won, thanks to Shannon's advice and experience. We wouldn't think about going to a different realtor and have already recommended her to all of our friends. She's the best!

ZillowVERIFIED The first rule of working with Shannon is to always listen to Shannon. We didn't do that, and it still managed to work out, but we got extremely lucky in this market, and Shannon made it happen 100% of the way. We just sold in May (thanks, Shannon!), and we were planning to rent for a year for the market here to cool off (we had 8 offers on our house in 24 hours, we were NOT interested in buying in that climate). But we asked Shannon to setup a general search for us and a house we were interested in poppped up. Despite Shannon's recommendation to not go look without a lender pre-approval (in case we got attached), she showed us the house. We fell in love immediately (as she said we would), and we were in no way prepared to make an offer. So we asked Shannon to draft an offer and we'd go ahead and apply for a pre-approval and then submit it. As it happened, the house had been on the market for over 2 months and reduced twice, which led us to believe we had some time. At 8 PM that evening, Shannon sent us a text and informed us the sellers were saying they were "considering another offer" and if we wanted to proceed. Shannon raced home from an evening out with her family, wrote up our offer, and submitted it, and stuck her neck out for us as legitimate buyers even though we didn't have a preapproval in hand, and we managed to WIN the offer. We're still in shock that we got this house, and Shannon is totally the reason why. We trust her completely, her ethics and professionalism are unmatched, and she's genuinely interested in helping her clients. While we don't plan to be in the real estate market for quite some time, we would not hesitate to give her a call, and we'd recommend you do as well.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Shannon over a year looking for a home in this crazy market! She covers a large area around Columbus so I know she is very busy but she was always promt to schedule a viewing with us. We had no experience buying a house and she was so knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. She was on top of all communication with our closing realtor, lender, inspector etc. She made the wholeprocess easy for us. We will be in our home for a while but will definitely use her again down the road. Cant recommend her enough, she is great!

ZillowVERIFIED Helpful and efficient in her knowledge of up to date sales media and tools. Sound advice on the options when selling a home.In my case her recommendation for price with respect to comps in the area was very effective in getting multiple offers within days of the first showing. This resulted in the total process from initially contacting her and receiving the check for the actual sale of the property taking only 5.5 weeks. A pleasantly quick, efficient, profitable and professional experience. And I might add that I was able to complete the entire process remotely, which was very convenient for me considering the distance I am from the property.

ZillowVERIFIED If there were a way to give Shannon six stars out of five, I would! She is organized, knowledgeable, technologically sophisticated, proactive, honest, experienced and genuinely caring. This was our second listing of an inexpensive rental property. Both times I researched realtors, but our first experience was not a positive one. I am exceedingly glad that we found Shannon when we were ready to try again. For a number of reasons, none of which had to do with Shannon, this sale became extremely complicated and turned into quite an ordeal. It involved a trust, a foreign country, the discovery of previously unknown mold - one thing after another. Through it all Shannon remained patient, unruffled, and encouraging, and it was certainly not due to any huge commission to be gained in the end! Her unfailing support, wise counsel, and upbeat outlook were invaluable.Shannon delivers amazing personal attention despite a very busy schedule. She is extremely quick to respond to questions, answer e-mails, resolve issues and keep the process moving forward. (I suspect she never sleeps). She is savvy, highly ethical, very professional, trustworthy and yet warm and friendly. It is highly unusual for someone who is administratively gifted to also be so personable. From beginning to end she will keep you well-informed and on-track, give you solid advice without infringing on your right to make your own decisions, and get the job done well. Whatever your need, I am confident that she can meet it! (In case anyone is wondering, I am not related to her and had never met her before, but I would be more than delighted to work with her again.)Great job! Great person! A genuine asset to the world of real estate!
