It?s more important than ever to work with someone who has a ton of industry experience and an excellent reputation. Sara and team were (as usual) amazing to work with. She was strategic, reassuring, super quick to respond, and in tune with what we wanted but also what was best for us. Who you choose to work with just has such an impact on how things turn out. She started with helpful staging and minimal additions to fill void space. Her daughter took awesome pictures. Within a week I had more responses and visits to my home than the former agent from Grandville in the entire 6 months I listed with them. Cheryl went the extra mile and helped me through the emotional issues such as taking a loss, unconventional show times, visitor medical devices in my trash, realtor accidentally broken displays.... On and on. I'm glad it's over and thankful I had a dedicated agent like Cheryl and her daughter through the process.

My adult children lived in Atlanta and Santa Monica and winter would put me in a difficult financial situation. I was introduced to Cheryl and we immediately clicked. I could sense her sincerity and compassion for my loss. She and I started looking in the areas where she thought I could find an affordable as well as secure home. She also introduced me to a rental broker who started advertising my house. After looking at a few condos, my kids had been also looking on Zillow and advised me to look at the 6789 property, so Cheryl and I went there plus another property in the same compound.
