ZillowVERIFIED We had used Don in the past to buy land and had a good experience working with home. He knew we were looking to sell our house and we decided to do FSBO and Don still came out to our house to give us advice on what to do to sell our house on our own. Don would check in on us periodically to see if we needed any help and we had to take our house off the market due to a pregnancy. So a year goes buy and Don sent us an email telling us how well the market is doing and that now is the time to sell. We were already talking about trying FSBO again but decided to call Don instead. We had Don come out and he said he would have our house sold in 30-60 days which he said is longer than usual due to us living in a rural area. We had a contract at exactly 30 days and sold our house with no problems other than the usual buyer demands.

If you are thinking of selling your home, Don will bring the buyers eye to the table and help you prepare your house so it is shown in the best possible light. We teamed up with Don at the very end of the summer season that resulted in the sale of the home in 11 days.With our home selling so quickly, we had less than 30 days to find our new home. We looked at six to eight home the first weekend that our home was in contract and realized that we were limited to new construction or empty homes. Within a week of searching for a home that met this criteria, Don was able to show us our new home where I am writing this recommendation. Each home was located in a different part of Columbus including Pickerington, Downtown, Hilliard, New Albany, Gahanna, and Blacklick and one way out of the market area, in Nashport. More than half the time my home sold in under 30 days.
