I couldn't believe how hands on Michael is and he took charge of the whole deal from the beginning to the end. We owned a duplex in Westland which was not in the best of condition. I was impressed with Michael's expertise on how to handle the sale and consequently, we were able to set realistic expectations for a fast closing. Michael mentioned once he takes over, we will not be communicating with the tenants as he will coordinate all showings.
