ZillowVERIFIEDSean did so much for us, he was patient and super knowledgeable about the entire process. He was able to provide a reasonable offer on the home we fell in love with, and point out all the potential the home had. When we lost the initial offer he was quick to help us keep looking, when that offer fell through he was quick to call us and get us in our first house! Our initial mortgage company was also not getting the job done at all, but he has connections and was able to get the ball rolling with a mortage broker and close the deal. All around awesome person and made everything so stress free for us, really appreciate all the hard work you did Sean.

ZillowVERIFIED When I started looking for a home I had a different realtor, she didn't work out. Thankfully Sean was there to help! I bought my first home during the Covid-19 pandemic. Sean helped me find the home I wanted. He answered all my questions and helped me get my home quickly! I would recommend Sean to anyone looking to buy!

ZillowVERIFIED I met Sean through Zillow when requested to view a home. He showed my wife and the home and was very helpful with questions we had but allowed us time to take things in. He was also very helpful during the process as he advised us on things the seller wanted and how to leverage it in our favor. Over all great experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Sean was honest with me out of the gate with the info I gave him on what I was looking for in a home when I had already passed up on a couple other realtors who tried to just push my price higher than I was comfortable with. I'd never met Sean before or heard of him. We found a great pick and he was always prompt and available with every inquiry I had about it which helped me build confidence in him as my agent. This is my first time buying a home even though I build them for a living and I appreciated how well connected Sean was for the loan process as well as finding a good inspector too. I was also in somewhat of a pinch in needing to move soon and I was able to close on a house within a month (literally) of first seeing it; which was a surprise to everyone I've talked to so far. There was one unfortunate mishap with the house I bought with the plumbing in the kitchen backing up from a blockage in the basement. I was very frustrated by this and pretty upset as it seemed to be from a sub contractor's careless disposal of grout. Sean calmed me down which isn't easy and went through what we needed to do for me to be covered methodically. He reached out to the seller and his agent as well for me and they agreed to send out a licensed builder to get everything replaced that needed to be and up and running. That was such a huge relief for me and I'm very glad Sean got me to take the right steps to allow that to happen. I'm a very happy first time home buyer, even more so now, and would recommend Sean to anyone for his commitment, promptness, honesty and thoroughness.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Sean was an absolute pleasure. This was our first time buying a home and he made everything so smooth with the whole process, from the first application to the final signing. As a single mother of 4 I needed to know I could trust that my realtor had our best interest as heart and trust that they would work hard to find the right home for our family and Sean did exactly that. Would absolutely recommend him.
