ZillowVERIFIED I was introduced to Leah through a friend. Our mission was to find a house and close on it and be able to move in to it all in two months. Thats a crazy goal during the 2021 market. However, teaming up with Leah made it happen. Leah was very responsive to messages and calls as well as flexible, we were looking at least two a day. Her advice and skill in staging the home, the timing of the sale, and the advertising brought many prospective buyers to the sale. She found a buyer almost immediately who was willing to take on the repairs that were needed. We communicated via email and text almost every day early on and whenever there was anything we needed To do. She really does understand the nervous seller and what it means to sell your childhood home. She was patient, kind, and gently encouraging to my brother and sister as we made arrangements to leave the property forever. There was a problem with the buyers mortgage company that might have ended the sale but she came up with two solutions and one of them worked. Leah Sohlden is a delightful person and an experienced realtor.

Leah took care of everything, while communicating effectively with me the entire time. I really trusted Leah as soon as I met her. I felt comfortable around her right away. She provided me with reassurance and comprehensive information from states away, regularly. I always felt like we were in good hands with her. It was kind of an accident finding her, through Zillow in a roundabout way, but I am so glad I did! I really cannot recommend Leah enough, or say enough nice things about her. I also never really write internet reviews unless they're negative. So this is a first for me! That's how lovely Leah is. Definitely trust her with your moving and realtor needs - she rules.

Leah's patience with me also deserves high praise. Admittingly, I approached her with a bevy of requirements for my ideal living situation that seemed unlikely to fulfill. Undaunted, Leah continually sent me listings of houses over several months that could potentially meet my need.
