ZillowVERIFIED Sam was introduced to us by a mutual friend who had recently sold a home. When we first talked to Sam, we just had questions on what was necessary to put our home on the Market. Sam was very responsive and came to the house to give us details on what renovations were necessary. As we began the renovations Sam stayed in contact with us and stopped by to see the progress we made It was very refreshing that as a realtor he invested his time in our project knowing that it would be more than a month before the house could be listed. He gave us wonderful suggestions on what was needed to sell our home , which was extremely helpful.
