We needed to sell our home and purchase a new one simultaneously. To say we were nervous is an understatement! From our first phone call to Mike he calmed our fears. Mike made everything so simple for us. He kept us informed every step of the way, while not overwhelming us. We were able to get more than 5k over asking price on our home (while only having it on the market for one day), and he negotiated the purchase price on our new home, saving us nearly 15k! He is truly everything you would want in a realtor. I could not imagine recommending anyone else to any of our friends or family. We are still amazed at how easy the process of buying and selling went, and we know we owe it all to Mike!
