About KATHY SKILLMAN

Hello, and welcome to our neighborhood! A little about myself. I have been selling real estate in the Gouldsboro area for over 20 years. As outdoor enthusiasts my husband and I chose the area as our home in 1986 knowing the vast concentration of state owned land (Gouldsboro & Tobyhanna state parks containing thousands of acres of state game lands) and beautiful forest would be here forever. Shortly thereafter and without a single relative or acquaintance I began my real estate career. Backed by great real estate training, a lot of hard work and support from my husband Ed I soon became the top producing real estate agent in the area winning multiple sales awards and recognitions. Ed and I were also blessed with our beautiful daughter Stacey. Living in the area I became involved with the Gouldsboro Area Foundation serving as program director. The GAF is a non profit organization which recently restored the Historic Gouldsboro train station. When in the area on weekends please take the time to visit the museum. I also serve on the Clifton Township zoning hearing board as a member and secretary. With all of this experience in the region who better to help with real estate needs?
