Joe is an amazing caring knowledgeable professional Realtor., who helped get my home sold and closed within a few months. I cannot say enough about his advice and caring. A few things had to be fixed in my home prior to the closing date, Joe worked with me to take care of all the issues. He constantly checked on my home as it was vacant even though I was in contract with the new buyers. He is the best and I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIEDGreat guy I appreciate the time he took to make sure all issues with the home were addressed. He actually paid some half of fee to make sure we stayed on schedule for closing. Also assited with an hvac issue during the walk through. He definitely did more than expected to help my family secure our first home. Joe went above and beyond to make sure we closed before Christmas ??

ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't have had a better home buying experience. Mr. Ruocco was always honest about the pros and cons of the homes we viewed and helped us weigh our options when making our selection, submitting an offer, and negotiating after the home inspection. As a result of the home inspection report, Mr.Ruocco managed to negotiate my closing costs down about $5000. He also went above and beyond at the closing by finishing his paperwork early and rushing to our new home to get the utilities turned on while I finished the closing process at a mortgage office. When I decide to buy another property in the future I plan on reaching out Mr. Ruocco.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a NJ resident who was looking to purchase a "fixer upper" as an investment property. In Joe, I found someone with a great knowledge of the Poconos and a construction background which was invaluable in my determination of necessary repairs. He was unbelievably responsive, continually getting back to me right away.Found for me a title company and insurance broker, and met my almost impossible deadline for the closing. Best Real Estate pro I ever dealt with.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Ruocco is well exeprienced iin his field of being a realtor. He gave me all the answers I asked and answered then in a professional manner. Never once did he make me feel as if I werent getting this home even though I can make ones patients run thin. He made himself very clear on any advice given and on quesitons asked of him. He knew exactly what kind of home we wanted and was determined to get it for us. He was there 24/7 and I could reach him any time of the day. If I had to buy a home again I would definetly go to Joe and I would reccomend him to anyone who will be looking for one.

Joe is very knowledgable of the area and most impotant was very available, he would text almost immediately and then call right away, no question was to small and he reitterated that he is OUR agent and was here for anything we needed (lol-to include advice and instruction for PEX piping) . ZillowVERIFIED Joe is an ultimate profesional. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable in the process of selling your house. He is caring and forthright about any issues that might come up during the real estate transaction. I went to Joe and told him that I wanted my house sold in three months time, and where others have failed, Joe came through in a big way. I highly recommend Joe for anybody who is looking for a real estate agent who is hard working, caring, responsible and honest.

ZillowVERIFIED It has been almost a year since I am the owner of my second residency in Greentown, at the Lake Wallenpaupack in Pa. Before I bought this house I contacted many agents from different real estate agencies, but only Joe Ruocco contacted me all the time and showed me many properties and he knew from the very beginning what I was looking for. I am writing this review while being on vacation in my vacation house in Greentown. I love this place, my family loves it as well. As I mentioned before, I have met many agents but he was the best expert. I always recommend him highly to my American and Polish friends because I was very satisfied with his service.

ZillowVERIFIED Joseph Ruocco from brokersrealty.com did an extraordinary job. He was diligent, hard working, knowledgeable, easy to work with, helpful in every way and shrewd enough to get us the best possible deal on a house we very much wanted but was also targeted by several other buyers.Joe did a great job for us and I recommend him without reservation for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We own three houses and Joe delivered far better service and results than any of the several realtors we have worked with in the past.
