ReviewBev Waring was very helpful both during our search for a vacation home in the Poconos as well as during and after the closing. She had a great knowledge of the area and properties on the market, helping us to quickly narrow our search to communities and properties that met our needs. We found our vacation home quickly and she was very helpful through the purchase and closing process. After we closed on the house, she continued to provide assistance and information regarding local services. I would highly recommend Bev to anyone needing a realtor in the the Poconos area.

Review My family and I had a wonderful experience with Bev Waring! Very prompt with returning phone calls and with setting up appointments to look at homes! Not only did she help us find our next home, but Bev also found a buyer for the home we were selling so fast we didn't even have to list it!! My wife and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home. You can't go wrong, Bev goes above and beyond!!!

Review Bev Waring was our guardian angel. With her help, we just closed the deal on our first home, and we couldn't be happier. From the start, we could see that Bev is extremely knowledgeable of the Pocono area. She was not only patient when answering our many questions, but detailed and direct. By the time we were ready to take the plunge, we felt confident that we had the information necessary to make the smart decision for our needs and budget. As first-time buyers, we needed a lot of guiding and hand-holding throughout, and Bev was endlessly available, kind, and patient. We simply can't believe our good fortune in having found her, and will always be grateful.

Review Bev was absolutely amazing during the process of selling our home! Our home was priced right, her photographer Steve Wallace was awesome, the still photos and video definitely helped sell our home. We got an offer the first week it went live online. She has an extensive amount of knowledge in the business and knows how to handle each sale. Bev was available anytime I called her to answer questions and give advice which was very important to me. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home!!

Review Bev has a very good understanding of the market, which was very helpful, as it was new to us. She was extremely responsive throughout the process, which culminated with us acquiring a property. She braved a very very cold day to show us homes. I would definitely use her again.

Review Betsie Cronje reviewing Bev Waring First let me say I'm not good at writing reviews, but after the excellent service and assistance I received from Bev I just HAD to. I was referred to Bev and would recommend her without thinking twice. NOTHING at ANY time is too much asked, she responds almost immediately in most situations. I found her to be patient and very knowledgeable. Unknown to me she was on vacation when a problem came up, she handled it and kept me posted. I was not only HAPPY but TOTALLY IMPRESSED !! Review My nearly 80-year-old mother and I were trying to work through a complex set of circumstances including questions about the wisdom of renting vs purchasing. We ran the dollar a month rent $250,000 purchase we ran the gamut from $750 a month rentals to $150,000 purchase. Bev dealt with the ever-changing fun process smoothly and professionally. Ultimately, she help us convince the owner of a rental to sell at a favorable price. She was terrific!

Review Bev was extremely helpful in finding the home of our dreams. She knew what we wanted and called within one hour of the listing being listed by a different realtor. She got us an appointment to see the house the next day. From there we begin the process of house inspection, price negotiation, etc. Bev was always extremely responsive to our phone calls, emails and questions. if she did not know the answer to a question, she got back to us with an answer within a short time period. Bev has extensive experience in the Pocono real estate world. Her knowledge of other resources such as a home inspector was very helpful since we had only lived in the Poconos for a short time period. Bev comes highly recommended.

Review It was an absolute privilege working with Bev Waring. You could not find a more knowledgeable real estate agent/broker in the north eastern area of Pennsylvania. Bev took me the best properties in my price range, shared valuable information about the area and took time with me to learn what I liked. And when I found a home in less that 3 days, which exceeded my expectations, you can imagine how thrilled and relieved I was. Now for the business side of the transaction, Bev suggest an excellent inspection agent and a phenomenal mortgage broker, that made the process so easy. She also recommended a great title agent. And our closing was smooth, efficient and fun. She even let me bring my dog to the closing!!!! Otherwise he would have stayed at the hotel. That was one less worry we had..:-)All in all the best experience I have had buying a home.

Review I had a long distance relationship with Ms. Waring (she in PA, me in NY). At first, over the phone, I felt like I found a real estate angel. Courteous, on the ball & responsive. I relied on her for the expertise I assumed she had in PA real estate dealings. I was wrong. I received an offer on the property she listed for me (after almost 18 months). The buyer wanted a perc test, done for $2500. Then they wanted a septic drawing and permit, done for $5000. Pocono Township took forever on the permit, when I inquired what should I do (being from out of state) she said "I have no idea" ( really now, a Pocono realtor not knowing what do do about the township permits? When I said I was going to call The Town Hall, her reply was "Good Luck with that", as sure sign , that by this time she washed her hands of the whole thing. Finally received the permit, only to now be asked for a "wetlands delineation" by the buyer. Ms. Waring had no idea what this was. I forged ahead, shelling out another $2000, only to have the parcel not pass. I come to find out that a wetland delineation should have been done PRIOR to the perc & septic permit. Thanks to her lack of basic PA regulations she cost me $7500 and moths of wasted time and effort. Had she really known her stuff, she would have advised me to do things in the correct order, saving me money, my sanity and herself a bad review. A pretty face does not a good realtor make.
