Review Ashley is extremely responsive and knows the Poconos very well. She helped us to really understand the nuances of the different lake communities...and found us exactly what we were looking for after just two visits, which was especially helpful given we were not local (coming from NYC). Ashley recommended a great home inspector - Ive purchase a few homes and this was the most thorough and at the most attractive price. Ashley goes above and beyond after the fact. She had other great connections for us that were extraordinarily helpful even after the closing. She found us a WONDERFUL cleaning crew and a well priced photographer for our home. We will definitely be using Ashley again when looking to expand our footprint in the Poconos.

Review Ashley Schreck, and Jennifer Ace are the BEST in the East Strousburg, Stroudsburg, Pocono area when it comes to real-estate agents. This is the 2nd house I bought in PA since 2016 and I drove these poor ladies crazy being that on my first purchase in 2016, was the worse real-estate agent you can imagine I definitely got cat-fished, as well as lied to about every rule and regulations in the community. So guess what ????? Ashely put me into a house that is not in a community, no HOA fees and over 2 acres of property and a beautiful house. I can keep going and going on how awesome these women on, but it has to end here cause unfortunately I'm still in the process of moving. But TRUST ME, I was born and raised in NY so I have that aggressive demeanor and these poor women had a taste of it being that I was lied to in my first purchased and they insured me they will handle everything to my likings and they definitely kept theyre word. So if you looking to buy in the Pocono area trust me, TRUST THEM!! They are what a new buying or reoccurring buy needs. Loyalty, honesty, and more.
