Buying a house can be a grueling process, from searching for the perfect home that checks all your boxes, to submitting an offer and waiting for a response, to navigating the mountain of paperwork once your offer is accepted. My husband and I recently purchased our first home together and used Kim as our agent, and it was truly the smoothest experience we could have hoped for. Ive purchased a home on my own before, and I hated every step of it. It felt stressful and invasive, and I never felt comfortable.
