ZillowVERIFIED The initial meet was nice and made me feel like I had made the right decision to go with this realtor, but shortly thereafter it changed. Response again was good in the beginning, getting the house listed on time took a bit, in the long run ended up chasing her for info, and playing catch-up to find out what was going on with items she said she would take care of. End game, the house sold, but not even a congrats on selling your home, thank you for choosing me & my company even though she made her commissions. Just not a good feeling after the whole process was done. I personally would not use this realtor again.

She helped me find my dream home and bring it into reality. She explained the entire process to me step by step, answered my questions and gave me her expert advice. She even held my hand during the inspection and walk through of the home. When the family that I purchased this home from could not close the deal on their new home until 15 days after our closing, Kim came up with the best solution for all of us, and the family was able to stay in this home that their kids have known for years, and enjoyed their thanksgiving day.
