She was more than patient when explaining the systems we were not used to (septic, well water, internet/garbage options). She was punctual, very responsive, and always pushed for an efficient and seamless home buying process/closing. This woman came into my life at a time where I was so confused about real estate purchasing and made the process so simple for me to understand. I had a realtor when I found her but I was not happy with the relationship. I called around to several other realtors and when she came on the phone it was an instant connection! She held my hand and literally walked me through the process with the utmost patience and she genuinely cared about my happiness. She wanted me to get the home that was meant to be for me and my six children and not just any old house to get a commission. I never felt pressured or rushed and she paid attention to details that I didn't even think of in homes I viewed. She was extremely kind and patient with my children as well. If she felt it was not the right fit she was upfront and honest. She also was clear that if she felt something was off during a purchase she will be pulling me out of it to protect me. Even after the purchase she still makes herself available for any questions or help that I need. I've gained a lifelong friend and I cannot wait to invite her to the house warming!! Despite a couple of swings and misses on earlier properties which fell through for various reasons, she came through in more ways than one when it really counted. Julia's recommended home inspector saved me a potential $25,000+ expense when some serious structural and subfloor issues were found despite the seller's attempt at covering them up. Needless to say, we did not proceed with that purchase. The next one got away from us and almost all hope seemed lost. Then on Memorial Day, I found a property which was only listed for a couple of hours. I felt terrible reaching out to Julia and requesting a showing on a Holiday, but she made it happen. And I'm so thankful she did! We knew it was the one, and I'm sure if we waited a day, it would've been lost. She worked through the day and we were able to put an offer in which was accepted. You would think that would be enough... With 23 days to closing, my lender who gave me a full approval for double the asking price, decided to strong arm me for an additional $10,000 for my down payment. I reached out to Julia yet again to explain this embarrassing situation and without skipping a beat she put me in touch with someone who was not only able to meet the 06/28/2023 closing deadline, but also saved me .25% on my APR. I know, I know, this sounds like a bot review, but let me tell you; Julia and her collogues are not only professionals, but they are full on magicians with some of the things they did. Always prepared, always reachable, always helpful, in all ways... Julia is the best, and I can say with full confidence that my next property will be bought or sold with her as my agent!
