ZillowVERIFIEDDenise and Teresa worked were excellent to work with. Friendly, extremely responsive, always available and made themselves available, many times at a moments notice. We worked with them for over a year to find the right home for us. Once we had honed in on the type of home we were looking for, they would send us listings that fit the profile. And once we found the home we really wanted, they did the research, and advised us as we put together on offer, walking us through all the details. An excellent experience and a wonderful result. Highly recommend them! Thank you.

ZillowVERIFIED Denise and Teresa did a fantastic job advising us through the process to prepare and show our home for sale. They quickly got involved in marketing strategies and processes to show our home to its fullest potential. The contracting and closing process went smoothly and they were always available to advise on next steps. Anyone would be pleased to have them as agents to manage the process to sell or purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED There aren't too many times when I'd ever wish I could a realtor more, but this may be the exception. Denise has the truly rare combination of vast knowledge, infinite patience, and a great sense of humor. She made a difficult and somewhat emotional process much easier. You really can't do any better than to have her help you sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Denise was outstanding to work with from start to finish. She helped me both buy and sell my home, and throughout the entire process she was extremely professional, diligent, and reliable. She always stayed ahead of things, made sure important steps were handled on time, and helped everything move as smoothly as possible. What stood out most was how easy she was to communicate with. She was always responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions or needed guidance. Her knowledge, organization, and commitment really made a stressful process feel much more manageable. I would highly recommend Denise to anyone looking for a real estate professional who is experienced, proactive, and truly cares about her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my second transaction with Denise Barker. She sold me this house ten years ago and left such an impression on me I knew I wanted her to handle the sale as well. Denise did an incredible job and the result was a quick sale (we got more than asking!) seemlessly executed-kept me informed every step of the way, immediately responded to any questions and held my hand through closing. I referred Denise to my friend in Timber Trails and Denise is handling her sales well. I strongly recommend Denise for your real estate needs, you wont be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED Truly not sure where to start. Denise has been the best part of our search for our second home. It has taken us two years, a bunch of missed properties but she stood by us and made sure we found a property that fit our family needs/needs and that is what we did! She is extremely knowledgeable and always had information about each community we looked in. She went above and beyond. Was always willing to work with our schedule and 1.5 hour commute. Denise is hands down the best realtor and one you can trust to help find you the perfect home! Denise, we seriously thank you for sticking by us and helping us find our cottage!
