Christina was amazing! She helped is find a house and walked us through all the steps necessary to assume an existing loan (an arduous process), all while we were stationed overseas. Detailed virtual walkthroughs, negotiations, multiple offers, and constant feedback to help us feel comfortable going under contract without even being in country. Even into the late night the before closing, Christina was ensuring things were correct and ready for us to move in. I genuinely don't think we could have done this without someone as capable as Christina!
