We recently purchased a condo in Panama City Beach, and our daughter, who is a real estate agent in Georgia, referred us to Beth Mulvey with Beach House Sales & Development. From the very beginning, Beth made the entire process seamless. Living 6.5 hours away, we were nervous about buying from a distance, but Beth quickly eased those worries. She even went to the condo herself to record a video for us before we ever saw it in person. From the time we put in our offer on July 1st until closing on August 8th, Beth handled every detail with such professionalism, patience, and care. What amazed us most was her dedication during an incredibly difficult personal time. While she was facing her husbands health battle and the loss of her mother, Beth never let it affect the way she served us. On the day of closing, she couldnt be there in person due to a medical emergency with her husband, yet she still called to apologize and followed up from the hospital to make sure everything went smoothly. Even after closing, Beth and her husband went out of their way to bring us a thoughtful gift once he was released from the hospital. Her strength, kindness, and commitment are truly remarkable. ZillowVERIFIED Beth was great, at first! Then after closing on our sight unseen home, we moved in and that same day we quickly realized we were misled. We had been told that the seller was fixing the AC before move-in and that Beth had verified they had done so. They hadn't. when we asked her what was up with that, she said we couldn't do anything because the house was purchased "as-Is". She offered to help us purchase a home warranty.. I really wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and stay positive. She came highly recommended and seemed super nice. She even told us where to go to get furniture and dishes. But when we pursued getting the home warranty (that she suggested) with her recommended company, she ghosted us about it and so did they, until it was too late. Beth also told us that the home was professionally remodeled and we quickly found out that it wasn't. The homeowner didnt get any permits for the bathroom remodel, or the A/C, and had done all the work themselves, and very improperly. We were told by two separate professionals that the A/C and wiring were all completely done wrong, were not up to code, and would need a full replacement including all new duct work and electrical. The low-end cost for a partial repair was $30k. Keep in mind, Beth told us the whole AC was new and under warranty before we signed anything. The tile floors started breaking and coming up on day 3. Then when we wrote a review reflecting Beth's work she wouldn't stop calling me and messaging me making threats and calling me names, demanding we take the review down. She then started going on my business listings and writing bad reviews about my business (that she had never used or known anything about) which caused me to lose a $100k/year contract. It's no wonder she doesn't have bad reviews when she is acting this way toward anyone who speaks out against her work. 0 out of 10, do not recommend. Somehow she keeps getting our reviews removed. I will keep posting them in hopes of protecting future victims.

Living in another state made it even more imperative that we have a 5-star real estate agent to help us. Going in I told Beth my plans and we began looking. We looked at many places but nothing that I could afford. Beth kept telling me that we will find something. Two days before I left back to Washington Beth text me and said I think we found what your looking for. Sure enough it was the place and I bought it. Beth has a great personality, genuine and honest.
