ZillowVERIFIED We have known Gabe Stefani from Pineapple Properties for over 10 years. Not only have we made several real estate transactions with Gabe in that time, we have also referred him to roughly 20 of our friends who have invested in real estate in Panama City Beach. He is truly an amazing Realtor, is super knowledgeable, and will dedicate his time to finding the right property for you. He is the most honest, and caring individual, and puts his clients as his first priority. We can't say enough good things about the kind of person he is, or the value that he puts into his mission of finding the right properties for his clients. Do yourself a favor, and reach out to Gabe for your next real estate need, we promise you will not be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED Gabe helped us find our dream beach condo in Panama City Beach. When we purchased our condo, inventory was low and every condo available was getting multiple offers. Because of his long successfully history in the PCB market, I know his relationship with the seller agent was the difference. Thank You Gabe for everything you did for us and your continued communications keeping us up to speed with the current market trends.

ZillowVERIFIED Gabe has helped me with two transactions and each time he has been extremely helpful but more importantly very creative in how he gets the deal done. Not a one dimensional agent/broker he is always coming up with ways to make it happen. Really appreciate all he has done for me and will definitely use him again

ZillowVERIFIED Gabe assisted us in the purchase of a property in PCB and he was a joy to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest and most important patient. We are located out of state and he worked with us for ~ 2 yrs to find the perfect property. He took time to share videos of potential properties and help us through the entire buying process. Very easy to work with. I would recommend Gabe for all real estate services in PCB and surrounding areas.

ZillowVERIFIED Gabe listed our home in Panama City Beach. He provided guidance on any changes we needed to make to the physical property, listed the home for a price that actually exceeded our expectations and worked with the ultimate buyer to meet their needs, so that the home sold right away.

ZillowVERIFIED We originally met Gabe when we inquired on a piece of bare land he had listed. About a 1 1/2 years later he contacted us with an offer on a condo we had in Seacrest, FL. The whole process went smooth from start to finish in a long distance transaction due to Gabes experience & technical expertise. Sylvia Wahoske

ZillowVERIFIED Gabe was working with us to buy a "short sale" home. We were a couple of months into the process and a better home came on the market. Mr. Stephani explained that the new home was extremely desirable, so we had to act immediately. We trusted Gabe, so we put a bis in that day. We got the home and have enjoyed it ever since! Thank you Gabe for looking out for my family's best interest, Ed and Mary Moriarty

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I have bought 3 vacation rental condos in PCB from Gabe. He is absolutely the best! From the first time we met Gabe, we knew he would be our realtor. He has a contagious vitality for life. His knowledge of the panhandle real estate market is incredible. During our first purchase, Gabe actually advised us to purchase the less expensive of the two properties we were considering because he felt like it was a better deal. By doing so, he ultimately made less commission from us, but showed us that his moral and ethical standings were more important. We have referred Gabe to 9 of our acquaintances that have bought roughly 24 properties from him. We have all been elated with our individual experiences. Our offers and contracts on all our properties were done electronically, and he made the entire process so simple. He is always available for contact, and always has the information we need to make sound real estate decisions. He is undeniably the best realtor we have ever met. My advise, give Gabe the opportunity to earn your business, and you will NOT be disappointed! In fact, if you are anything like my wife and I, or our friends, you will be back time and time again to work with him. I cant thank Gabe enough for his patience with us during the process of making our dreams a reality!

ZillowVERIFIED We have purchased multiple properties prior to working with Gabe Stephani. Gabe was referred to use by a trusted friend and we now have purchased multiple properties through him. He has taken the place as our most trusted real estate professional. We have found his integrity to be impeccable and work ethic to be tireless. He always follows through on his commitments and has a true passion for helping his clients with every detail of a transaction. On multiple occasions with our purchases, we have observed him forego opportunities to make additional money with referrals in order to provide the best services for us and his clients.

This was a complicated transaction and without Gabes expertise and knowledge there is no doubt in our minds the deal would have fell thru. He co ordinated paper work with Fannie Mae and our lending institution. We was able to close right on time. Professional, knowledgeable, great personality Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Gabe is one of the most honest and down to earth people I have ever met. He was always willing to go the extra mile and trust me we just about wore him out until we found the right property to purchase in Panama City Beach. Having worked with Gabe on buying and selling property in PC I can tell you there is none better and I dont think you can wear him out. He was always willing to show us as many condos as we wanted to see even to the point that I felt bad having took up so much of his time. ZillowVERIFIED Gabe is the best! We bought and then sold our condo thru him, and both experiences were outstanding! Gabe treats everyone like a friend, and gives you the sense that you are his most important client, regardless of the purchase or sale price of your property. He bent over backwards to make our sale happen. Should we choose to buy or sell another property in the Panhandle, we would exclusively work with Gabe and Pineapple Properties!

ZillowVERIFIED Gabe was totally professional starting with the initial listing process to the closing of the sale. Gabs professionally creates a video of your property and posts it online availing your property to the widest audience. With our home, he timed the creation of the video at sunset completely encapsulating the view of the Gulf from our home. We received a purchase offer in 3 days. With me not living near the property (2nd home), the digital signature technology he employed meant not having to deal with clumsy faxes and super quick information exchange. He was very knowledgeable and prompt with his responses to my questions. He's the best real estate professional I've had the pleasure to work with in my 40 years of home ownership.

ZillowVERIFIED During a time we were living in Africa, we contacted Gabe Stephani to help us sell our condo in PCB. Gabe came highly recommended by the manager of our property. We were not disappointed. We had no experience selling property in Panama City Beach, and Gabe was very attentive and responsive to our questions and concerns. He helped us come up with a reasonable asking price and then helped us negotiate that price when we found a potential buyer. We were pleased with the outcome. He kept in close contact with us and considering the time difference, he was very quick to respond. We felt like Gabe was honest and forthright. We would definitely recommend him.
