Carrie and her team were OMG truly remarkable at knowing the neighborhood, the comps (High & Low) vs getting us right where we needed to be. We gave her and her team a challenge, solar panels on the house, well if you have dealt with buying or selling a home with solar or even thinking about it--you know it is an area no body really knows too much about yet. Other realtors, didn't want to deal with our house (Cause of the solar); CARRIE's TEAM TOOK IT HEAD ON & DOVE RIGHT IN and figured out the best way to do it and taught us (Sellers) a great deal along the way. One thing we never saw in a realtor before...CARRIE and her tenacity in returning to those interested (Offers made, but not accepted by us) in the home to renegotiate and work on getting their #s into our approval range (She returned to I think 4-5 different families); we have never seen a realtor do this before (We have sold/bought ~5 houses over the year's) TRUELY AWESOME!!! I had to add details to her MLS description, things she shouldve known if she had asked questions and/or paid attention. I never had a phone call from her, just text messages. ZillowVERIFIED We closed on 15 Oct 2020, but our association with Carrie Routt started over a year ago. On October 10 2018 Hurricane Michael came through and as it left it took a pretty fair amount of our house with it. Then the repair and rebuild process began. Around April of 2019 I began getting text from a company that said they would buy our house. I ignored them for awhile, but eventually, because we had decided we were going to sell the property, I called the company. They explained that they would refer my information to three realtors who would contact me. Well, I pretty much discounted it at that point. The house was still a wreck. I started getting emails and calls from the three realtors, which I ignored. Two of them finally stopped contacting me, but one of them, Carrie Routt, kept sending me emails. Finally I called her and told her that if she wanted to come by and look at the property she was welcome to. A few days later we met there. New sheet rock was just going in. But there was ever so much that still had to be done. But Carrie didn't even flinch. She did a good walk through, went around the outside and then told me it was a really nice property that had great potential. It was then that I asked the one question that that I needed to ask. I ask Carrie, What do you recommend we do with the interior to make it appeal to people the best? I guess she could have given me a quick response of some things and wished me luck, but Carrie spent a half hour telling me the colors and fixtures that I needed to put in. The ones that were most popular, that buyers were happiest with. Then she gave me a folder of information about her agency and several pages of "homework" for me to fill out. Information about the home and the neighborhood. Then we shook hands and parted company. But later that evening we got a text from her with another run down on the list we had gone over for the home. Fast forward to about July of 2020. For many reasons it had taken a long time to get the house completely repaired and ready to sell. Carrie and I had spoken several times and she had revisited the home at least twice in that time to help us make sure we had it going in the best direction to sell. Finally, in August, I think, She came and we did the final look, checked the information and put it on the market. IN LESS THAN 7 DAYS WE HAD A BUYER! But, that wasn't the end of it. Our house was a solid home, built in the 1986 (I think). The buyer was going through the VA and the VA is very picky. The home inspection turned up some things that my repair contractors had missed because they weren't directly storm related. I wasn't sure who to get to do the need fixes, but Carrie had great people she could recommend. So in a short time, everything that needed to be done was done and we were able to close. I guess the short story is that Carrie and her agency worked very hard to complete this sell and I couldn't ask for more. If you want your property sold, call Carrie Routt.

This condo was rented almost nonstop from listing date through October which made it challenging to show, I would think. Somehow Carrie was still able to sell without respectfully interrupting the renter's vacation. I did some research before listing our unit and interviewed Carrie via phone as well as a few other agencies in the area. The number of homes she had sold this year and her professional, responsive manner helped to choose her. Carrie and her team are results oriented. Carrie brings knowledge and confidence to the selling expearience that made me feel confident that she knew what she was doing. She earned her commission with setting up open houses, suggestions to get top dollar, follow up, guidance on how to counter offer and stood behind my decision and went the extra mile to get what I wanted. She sold my home for top dollar during a slow time of the year. Not to give her all of the credit...her team is "Elite" in definition. Trish was great to work with to keep up with my questions and follow up after we were in contract. Carrie showed up for my closing and now we are on my next purchase adventure.
