The sale went pretty smooth from our side and we closed on time. He was always willing to answer our questions and there was not a time that we felt like we were a bother to him. We signed the contract with Counts on Nov 25 2015. The property was listed on Dec 3 2015 and one week later (Dec 10 2015), it was sold. If Bubba is not your realtor, you do not have the best realtor on your team.
