We found Melissa on Bigger Pockets and after a thorough review of her experience and client reviews we felt confident that she was the right choice for us. We were buying our first investment property, and while we had spent months researching investments, I knew we needed a top notch and seasoned realtor to guide us through this process. Melissa exceeded every expectation. She is extremely knowledgeable in real estate investing as she is an investor herself. She has been doing this for years and was able to help guide me to the perfect property. Not only does Melissa have all the knowledge and expertise to help guide new or seasoned investors, but she is also very prompt in responding to any text or email. I honestly don't know how she does it. Every time I would send her a new property that I was potentially interested in, she would respond (usually within minutes, sometimes an hour) with all of the information that I could need to help inform my decision process. On the rare occasion that she couldn't get me all the information within the hour, she would respond just to let me know she was working on it. She has a fantastic attitude and is always right there to help with any questions or issues that arise. She was there every step of the way through the buying process and even preformed our walk throughs and other tasks that were difficult for us to do as out of state investors. After the purchase was complete, she provided a fantastic list of contacts for everything we needed to get our STR up and running. She is a gem of a human and I am SO SO glad that we made the choice to go with her! She will be the only realtor I ever work with if we purchase more properties in the panhandle. ZillowVERIFIED We purchased a home through Melissa in Nov 2021. Melissa was very extremely responsive, which allowed us to get an offer in early and get it accepted. Her knowledge of the area is great, and the fact that she is an investor was extremely useful for us. She was also super helpful in getting us started renting the place out after closing with lots of tips and guidance. We had played around with a few other agents previously, but none of them really added any value on top of what we could do ourselves through the MLS or apps. Melissa was different in that regard and really added value to the process from start to finish and beyond. I definitely would recommend working with Melissa.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa showed our house many times and got offers within 5 days of listing. One of these offers was accepted. The first buyers backed out after two months of property sale processing. The house was listed again by Melissa and she got another accepted offer in 3 days. This offer resulted in a completed sale. We live 600 miles from the property we sold. The distance generated several problems to which Mellissa was instrumental in solving. The problems included landscaping and minor repairs.
