ZillowVERIFIED In early July I was searching for a house to buy in Fort Walton as a cash sale. My partner had contacted several agents in our area but none seemed to take the ball and run with it. I remembered Meghan and texted her. Within fifteen minutes she called me and we made an appointment for the next day to see three houses in the area. One of them was perfect! By July 19th Meghan and her team had handled every detail of the purchase and closing with efficiency and professionalism!! She made the entire experience fun, easy, and a dream come true!!! Meghan will always be my choice to handle any real estate transaction!

ZillowVERIFIED Simply stated, The Meghan Hall team at Keller Williams are simply outstanding. Our agent, Wendy Henley went well above and beyond what would normally be considered reasonable and customary for an agent. Meghan and her team met every request we made, from opportunities to look at condos to inspection and every element involved in the buying of a unit. This was the second time we worked with Wendy and The Meghan Hall team at Keller Williams, and we will always use this team of highly skilled and driven professional. Wendy always makes us feel like are her only client. Her attention to detail is second to none. Her knowledge of the business as a whole saved us thousands of dollars and on both units. Wendys ability to make a deal when it didnt look like one was to be made, reinforced our decision to use The Meghan Hall Team againaEUR|

ZillowVERIFIED Meghan and her staff kept in constant communication with us from the time we first inquired on properties through our closing. They provided information immediately and were very transparent. Meghan took the time to show us any property we were remotely interested in and gave us insight on the local market, pros and cons of the properties we were considering and answered our questions thoroughly. Meghan also introduced us to local contacts for our rental condos furniture, maintenance and cleaning as well as a supplies list to get started. Meghan is very familiar with the Emerald Coast market and our closing went very smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED The Meghan Hall team was great to work with. They anticipated my needs and went over and beyond my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone. Dana provided detailed information on utility hook ups and was very responsive to my calls and concerns. I feel like I also meet a new friend. In addition, Jamie went out and previewed all the properties before our set time and date to review them to ensure all was good. This saved both of us time. Thanks!

ZillowVERIFIED Megan Hall is simply one of the best real estate agents my wife and I have ever dealt with. we have bought and sold properties throughout the southeast. Her knowledge of the market and expertise in the real estate business overall are impressive. Her advice, guidance, and responsiveness to our frequent trips in and out of the Panhandle and sometimes ridiculous request and questions were informative and comforting and built confidence for us throughout the process. Megan's team is always ready to support and help provide data or documents or anything needed to support Megan as well. I strongly recommend her as a very strong real estate professional.

ZillowVERIFIED If I had to put into one word our experience with the Meghan Hall team it would be EXCEPTIONAL. Meghan and her team (Amanda, Wendy, and Dana) were all exceptional in each role they have on the team. The team was exceptional in their knowledge of the area we were looking to buy. Exceptional in listening to what our needs were and showing us options that fit our criteria. Exceptional in keeping us informed in every aspect of the buying and closing process. Exceptional in ensuring there were ZERO surprises in the process. The Hall team was professional in every aspect and at the same time made our condo search fun. Just to give a aEURoelittleaEUR? background, my wife and I have been married over 33 years, and during this time we have bought and sold 14 times. Over the years we had the opportunity to meet many qualified, professional, and knowledgeable real-estate agents, but Meghan and her team are truly the best we have ever had the opportunity to work worth. So, MeghanaEUR|aEUR|from our family to the Hall team, thank you!!!!!!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Meghan was very helpful (and very patient) in finding us the property that suited our needs. She was always available to us and never gave up on us. she must have shown us over 100 properties during the 3+ years we pursued our vacation home in Miramar Beach. Dana was very helpful in relaying messages in addition to answering pertinent questions and providing us with whatever recommendations or information we needed. The Meghan Hall Team is my first choice for any type of real estate transaction we may possibly make in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Wow! What an experience! If you need a great Realtor, do not hesitate to call on the Meghan Hall Team at KW Destin, Fl. We found Meghan online while searching for beach properties from Texas. She listened to our wants and needs, met us more than a few times, was prompt and to the point, showed in the rain, the cold, the winds and the sun. We saw the entire area from Destin to Panama City. Condos in the Wharf, the beaches, high rises and low rise buildings. Meghan was so much fun, can multi-task without missing a thing. She was determined to find us that perfect property and educated us by supplying comps to determine values. Her local lender referrals are now like family to us and saw our transaction from beginning to end. Oh, and check out her husband's Italian villa to eat super good food at Mimo's. We put our trust in her, and her team was fabulous. Thank you Meghan.

ZillowVERIFIED Meghan Hall and her team are the best, we bought a townhouse in PCB recently and were so impressed her skill!!!!! From searching the house to closing went so smooth and all we did was sign the papers. Everything else she and a team organized, scheduled and ready for us to get a new house key. It was the most easiest buying a house process we have experienced. I cant say enough to express how we are pleased with her. If anyone is searching a property, she is the one you should call and trust. Thank you, Meghan!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Meghan has been my realtor for several years now. She is very knowledgeable and honest. I never see my properties until after I have closed or on closing day, so I put a lot of trust in Meghan to let me know everything she see's within the properties. She has not let me down. You cannot go wrong in hiring Meghan to be your realtor.

Meghan and her staff arranged closing and inspections for both the condo I sold and townhouse that I purchased. I would highly recommend Meghan for any real estate transactions that you may have. ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Amanda Stout to help us find our perfect Panama City Beach gulf front condo. Overall, she was great to work with. She was able to work around our schedule as we were not local when making this purchase. She was very helpful with not only lining up showings but also patient with us as we looked at and considered many different condo buildings. She was also a strategic partner when it came to the negotiation. Once we had agreed on a price, she worked closely with the lender and others involved in the closing process to ensure the transaction was going to close on time and that all issues were resolved very timely. We ended up closing earlier than originally thought possible with nothing popping up at the last minute. I would highly recommend Amanda and the Meghan Hall team if you are looking to buy a condo in Panama City Beach.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a very long and frustrating experience with another local realtor, and had four promising purchases fall through before switching to Amanda, a realtor on Meghan's team.Working with Amanda and the Meghan Hall team, we were able to purchase a home very quickly and satisfyingly. Meghan led us ably through some complicated negotiations, and Amanda was a dream to work with. Thank you so much for your help!

ZillowVERIFIED The Meghan Hall team, especially Wendy Henley went above and beyond to help us find a new home in such a challenging market as the one here in Okaloosa County, FL. On the sell side, they helped us sell our home for more that we initially thought we could get for it. But more importantly, they and Christine Miller with Mortgage One were able to put the sale together in a REALLY tight schedule while dealing with recent changes in real estate finance rules. I don't think any other team could have pulled that off given the challenges they faced. Any time we called with concerns, they happily offered well-informed advice and guidance. On the buy side, we almost set the record for the number of homes in TWO COUNTIES we had our agent show us before we finally made a choice. She gladly took us to each and every one while still working the sale of our previous home. She also was able to steer us away from homes that we thought were potential choices that would have been a bad investment. After all that they did for us during the sale of our previous home and purchasing our new one, we confidently say the real estate services provided by the Meghan Hall team and Wendy Henley are worth every penny.
