Hi my elderly mom secured a high end realtor in Williamsburg. This realtor has not provided any statements of work or amounts to my mother. When asked by us the realtor said oh too late they painted and mulched. The bill for each was 9k for minimal interior no scaffolding painting and mulch at 8 k. I want to cease working with this realtor and have contacted her broker. However this realtor days after painting and mulch has yet to produce any documentation. Is this legal seems like a breach of duty to protect her finances as shes spending and listing on sale without my moms knowledge.
