Will be in FL Jan-March 2022 to look at homes. 3bed/2bath, prefer an enclosed private pool with room for hosting( dining set, barbecue, sitting area and bathroom near the pool) I like a shaded area in the rear of the home, possibly near the pool. Price willing to spend in the $300,000 range.
