Can I ask that people wear no shoes during showings?

I have small kids and we don't wear shoes in the house. I also don't want someone tracking in dirt and then someone else coming later and thinking our house is dirty. How do I politely ask that people not wear shoes during showings?

This is very common and not an issue. Simply just post a sign near or on the door that says "please remove your shoes or wear shoe covers." You will want to provide shoe covers.

Absolutely, you can request that people remove their shoes during showings of your property.

Absolutely! Have your agent note the request in the showing requests. You can have booties/shoe covers and a sign at the front door asking that shoes be removed or wear booties.

You can absolutely ask people not to wear shoes. Just post a sign near the door with a box of shoe covers. They sell boxes that actually say please remove shoes on Amazon and you can buy shoe covers as well.

This is very common. Post a sign near or on the door that says "Please remove your shoes or wear shoe covers." Provide shoe covers in a basket at the front door
