Are listing photos included with the agents service?
Are listing photos included with the agent's service when we sell our home? Obviously someone has to pay for the photos. I'm just wondering if they're a separate line item that I pay for or if the agent pays for them.

How does a quick sell operate when the house is in probate?
My sister and I obtained a right to deed the house was not in a will We don’t have an official will, to add. Although paperwork is in place . But as far as I know, we can legally sell the house now.

Real estate termination fee?
Should our real estate agent have informed us if we terminated the contract as sellers there was a clause that they would still receive 5% commission ? Our agent never told us if we terminated the contract we would owe him the 5% when we signed the listing agreement. We wanted to switch agents but we didn’t realize this was written in the contract.
