I would like to sell my home three bedroom two bath manufactured home. The bathroom has been upgraded. It has tile floors, up-to-date vanity.

I live in a subdivision. When I bought the house, it was the last one in the subdivision but they have since built on. I ended up with a huge yard and extra lot. I get calls and texts several times a week of people asking to buy the extra lot. I don’t understand why anyone would want to buy it or how it would work. The land is now between houses. Can you tell me why anyone would want to buy an extra lot in the middle of a neighborhood?
And now I sold the house. what happens now? I wasn't aware that I had to tell the lender that I was going to sell the house. what do I do now?

My daughter did a counter offer this morning less than listing price. And she decided not to sell now bc she has a baby so can she back out even there’s no contract yet ? Is it seller back out within @3 days after accepted an offer?
