Are there different rules for buying a mobile home? Will it maintain its value? What should I know about buying a mobile home?
What things should I check when buying a house? We had a friend move into a new house and their water pressure was so low that it took a 30 minutes to fill the upstairs bathroom. They got it fixed, but I'm wondering if there's things that we should check before we buy a house. Thanks
We bought a house and within a day the inside of our kitchen drawers were covered in mouse droppings. We had an exterminator out and there's a serious mouse issue. We believe the seller was hiding this because the pullout garbage can was nailed shut. We thought this was weird, but didn't think anything of it until now. Can we make the seller pay for the extermination costs? It's so upsetting that our kitchen is unusable until this issue is cleared.
Is it possible to find a multi family home that is FHA?
I've heard a 20% downpayment is recommended. We don't quite have 20% though. Should we pull money out from retirement (we're in our 20's)? Or do we not get the home? Thanks.

Hi, my parents are loaning me money for a downpayment. How do I account for this? Will I have to pay taxes on it? I'm paying them back, so how does all of this work? Thanks.
